Roles

For cloudbay.dev marketing forms, Cloudbay Solutions acts as a controller for the information submitted. For customer deployments, roles (controller/processor) are defined by contract.

Processing purpose

Respond to requests for demos, quotes, and enterprise procurement discussions.
Operate and secure the website and related communications.
Provide contracted services and support (for customer deployments).

Security measures (high level)

Access control and least‑privilege administration.
Logging and monitoring for operational and security events.
Encryption in transit for web traffic; encryption at rest where supported by the hosting environment.
Backups and disaster recovery practices appropriate to the deployment model.

Subprocessors

Cloudbay Solutions may use subprocessors (for example, hosting or email delivery) to deliver services. Subprocessors are governed by contractual and security requirements.

Data residency and deployment

Cloudbay products can be deployed as cloud, on‑premise, or hybrid depending on customer requirements. Data residency and retention policies are configured per engagement.

Retention and deletion

Retention depends on the service and customer requirements. For marketing inquiries, we retain records as needed for communication and compliance, and we can delete information on request where applicable.
